A Guide To Total Body Fitness!

Being fit can give you immediate benefit of improved vigour, and it may offer long-term benefits as well.

# Gain More Energy. As you exercise regularly, your entire body becomes more efficient. Your heart begins to pump more blood with each beat and to beat fewer times each minute. Your body develops the ability to make more oxygen available to your cells. That means more energy - greater productivity, more stamina, and less fatigue.

# Feel Good. Exercise makes you feel good, both physically and mentally. It gives you a psychological lift and strengthens your sense of accomplishment. The discipline associated with exercise also makes you feel good about yourself: "I feel good that I walked today," or "When I run, I feel I have control over one area of my life."

# Look Good. Regular exercise plays an important role in helping to reduce body fat and weight and to develop muscle. Fitness can give you a better-looking, better-proportioned body: a flatter abdomen, firmer thighs, and slimmer hips.

# Feel Younger. Increasing your activity level can reverse or slow the changes that many people think are simply the unavoidable results of aging. In reality, lack of exercise usually reduces flexibility, strength, blood vessel elasticity, and lung functions; slows reaction time and metabolism; and increases body fat between ages 30 and 60.

# Build A Stronger Heart. Regular exercise may help reduce or modify some of the risk factors associated with heart disease, such as high cholesterol levels, elevated blood pressure, obesity, and stress. A three-year study at the University of Toronto showed that people who exercised regularly after a heart attack had less than a 5 per cent chance of having a second attack, while those who were sedentary had 22 per cent chance.

Getting the Best Auto Repair Advice

Not all of us are trained auto mechanics, but the chances are that at some stage we're going to need to talk to one; do you know what to ask them so as to get your car repaired in the quickest and most affordable way?

In this article we're going to look at three things you need to do to get your car repaired quickly and reliably. First, we're going to look at the right questions to ask at the auto repair shop. Next, we'll find out how to know if you're getting the best advice. Then, we'll look at how to choose the best auto repair shop. After that you'll be able to go out and get your car repaired without worrying about whether you're getting the right part repaired, by the right people for the job.

Do you know if you're asking the right questions?

The first thing you should try to do is to narrow the fault down to a part or location. If you know what it is, or where it is, this will help the mechanic to find the problem straight away. This means they won't be spending your precious money on labour just to find out what's going on.

The other advantage for you in knowing where the problem is is that you can ask the right questions about parts and labor when you're with the mechanic. A little bit of time spent online following up what you think could be the problem, could save you a lot of time and money later on when you find that several parts have been replaced, and you still have the same mechanical problem.[categoryId]=8&tx_eeblog[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=103638[categoryId]=8&tx_eeblog[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=103638%23Comments[categoryId]=8&tx_eeblog[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=104427[categoryId]=8&tx_eeblog[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=104427%23Comments[categoryId]=8&tx_eeblog[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=104834[categoryId]=8&tx_eeblog[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=104834%23Comments[categoryId]=8&tx_eeblog[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=110308[categoryId]=8&tx_eeblog[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=110308%23Comments[categoryId]=8&tx_eeblog[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=116658[categoryId]=8&tx_eeblog[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=116658%23Comments[categoryId]=8&tx_eeblog[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=229516[categoryId]=8&tx_eeblog[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=229516%23Comments[categoryId]=8&tx_eeblog[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=405855[categoryId]=8&tx_eeblog[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=405855%23Comments[categoryId]=8&tx_eeblog[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=413956[categoryId]=8&tx_eeblog[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=413956%23Comments[categoryId]=8&tx_eeblog[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=427324[categoryId]=8&tx_eeblog[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=427324%23Comments[categoryId]=8&tx_eeblog[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=438023[categoryId]=8&tx_eeblog[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=438023%23Comments[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=2569[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=2781[pointer]=0&tx_eeblog[showUid]=2789
